SHIPPING

We will send your order to an address of your choice with Bpost or DPD, or you can pick up your products yourself in our shop KoKo.kollektief (Haverwerf 1, 2800 Mechelen, BE)

Shipping costs are based on the standard rates of Bpost and DPD for weight and dimensions. We currently ship packages of 0-5 kg ​​to the following countries:

• Belgium: € 6
• The Netherlands: €7
• Luxembourg: €7

All orders are delivered by Bpost or DPD. Make sure that the address, zip code, country and telephone number are correctly entered. Studio Ode cannot be held responsible for delays in case of unforeseen circumstances.

 

RETURN

In the event that you are not satisfied with the products received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us and send an email to hello@studio-ode.com before returning the goods. After receiving your return, we will review the situation and refund the amount within three working days. The shipping costs are paid by you. Studio Ode cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the returned products.
